How do you work and how much are your services?
As a full-service agency, you can engage our team on any of our a-la-carte services (ie. Search Engine Optimization) that start at $2,500 / month.
Then you can also engage our full team and resources in a more integrated marketing approach for a higher and faster rate of success. Our integrated marketing starts at $5,000 / month and you can learn more about it via this page >> Integrated Marketing Packages
How do you bill for your services?
Our Fees are generally divided into marketing fees, service fees, and set-up fees. Marketing fees are the recurring fees that will be charged for the specific service package the client has purchased.
Service fees are for the delivery of any premium or one-time services (ie. website, landing pages, funnels, creatives). Set-up fees are one-time fees for the set-up of any ad campaigns.
Fees are due in advance of each month of service. We accept multiple payments such as through company checks, credit cards, and ACH.
When do I start seeing results?
The timeline for seeing results in marketing can vary, but most of our clients typically start seeing positive outcomes within 90 to 120 days after launching our lead-generation campaigns & completing the foundational elements. We begin by identifying and prioritizing quick-win opportunities to maximize early results.
Before we run any ads, however, we ensure that your foundational elements are solid: this includes having a clear brand identity, strong brand messaging, a website built with conversion rate optimization practices, analytics & reporting setup, and multiple engaging contents (ie. videos, photography, brochures, etc). At Chatter Buzz, we believe in building this foundation first to set your brand up for long-term success in the market.
Do I own the assets you create & the ad accounts?
Yes, you do – all creatives (copy, images, and videos).
In addition, we also ask you to create your company-specific advertising accounts and only give us “manager” access. We want to make sure you own all the data and analytics after our service and the transition is swift.
How do you communicate progress or results?
We provide a monthly report on all our services and a 24/7 data dashboard that outlines your main KPIs.
In addition, if you opt-in to our integrated marketing package, we will have a weekly or bi-weekly Zoom call check-in to discuss last week’s completed tasks, tasks planned for the week, and the following, KPI report, action items, and more.
Do I have to sign up for a long-term contract?
No, you don’t. Our minimum engagement period is only three months. After that, you’re free to decide whether to continue working with our team or manage things on your own. We believe in building partnerships based on results, not obligation, and this flexibility applies to both parties.
Who will I be working with?
For our à la carte services: You’ll work directly with the specialist who’s an expert in that specific area.
For our integrated marketing services: You’ll be assigned an account coordinator or manager who will oversee your project, and you’ll still have direct access to the specialists working on each domain.
For our premium packages: A Senior Strategist will lead your team, not only focusing on marketing performance but also on sales revenue if you’ve chosen that option.
