Performance Marketing Manager (Orlando)
job description
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid — 3 days in-office)
This is the performance marketing leadership role in the agency.
You’re not managing dashboards. You’re not executing campaigns. You’re the person who walks into a client meeting with a CEO, presents a growth strategy backed by data, and then makes sure every channel — paid media, SEO, CRO, landing pages, analytics — executes against it. You’re the one who sees the full picture and connects the dots between what the data says, what the client needs, and what the team should build next.
We’re not looking for someone who “knows about” performance marketing. We’re looking for someone who has done it — across channels, across verticals, across client types — and can prove it.
If you’ve never presented to an executive team, this isn’t the role. If you can’t explain the relationship between SEO and paid media without reading from a slide, this isn’t the role. If you need someone to tell you what to optimize, this isn’t the role.
But if you’re the person the team looks to when the strategy isn’t working, and you already know what to fix before anyone asks — keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Integrated Growth Strategy & Client Leadership
- Own performance marketing strategy for the agency’s highest-value client accounts
- Build and present 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month growth roadmaps tied to revenue targets, CAC, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline metrics
- Lead client strategy calls, quarterly business reviews, and executive-level presentations
- Conduct deep-dive audits: funnel architecture, attribution modeling, channel mix analysis, and competitive positioning
- Identify scaling opportunities and performance bottlenecks across paid, organic, and conversion channels
Cross-Channel Performance Oversight
- Oversee and guide channel specialists across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, and Connected TV (CTV)
- Review campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, creative alignment, and attribution before launch
- Ensure paid media, SEO, CRO, content, and landing page strategies work together — not in silos
- Improve KPIs including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, cost per lead, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
SEO, CRO & Conversion Strategy
- Evaluate and improve technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and conversion-focused organic performance
- Assess landing page effectiveness: CTA structures, conversion friction, messaging gaps, mobile UX, and trust-building elements
- Understand persuasive copy frameworks (StoryBrand, AIDA, PAS, Hormozi-style value stacking) well enough to evaluate and improve landing page messaging and ad copy — you don’t write it, but you know when it’s weak
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align organic strategy with paid media and CRO goals
Team Leadership & Operational Improvement
- Mentor and develop paid media specialists, SEO specialists, and junior strategists
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Paid Media Leads, SEO Teams, Creative Teams, and Developers
- Identify and implement operational improvements across campaign planning, QA, reporting, and cross-department workflows
- Contribute to playbook development, SOP refinement, and agency-wide best practices
Executive Client Communication
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations directly to CEOs, founders, and executive stakeholders
- Translate technical marketing data into business language — clients should leave every meeting knowing exactly where their money is going and why
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships, not just vendor relationships
- Lead difficult conversations: when performance is down, when strategy needs to pivot, when expectations need to be reset
AI-Assisted Strategy & Execution
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate competitive analysis, campaign auditing, reporting, and strategic research
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI workflows into campaign planning, optimization, and client deliverables
- Must be comfortable co-creating with AI — not threatened by it
Required Platform Experience
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Bing / Microsoft Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Programmatic Advertising and DSP Platforms (Centro, Simpli.fi, StackAdapt, MNTN, or similar)
- Connected TV (CTV) Platforms
- Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms
- HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across multiple channels
- 3+ years in a leadership, director, or senior strategy role
- Agency experience strongly preferred — you understand the multi-client, multi-channel reality
- Deep working knowledge of attribution, analytics, CRO, SEO, and paid media — not surface-level familiarity
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills — this role is client-facing from day one
- Experience with mid-market clients ($5M–$200M+ revenue) across B2B and B2C verticals
- Understanding of persuasive copy frameworks (StoryBrand, AIDA, PAS) — you evaluate messaging quality, not just media metrics
What We Offer
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
- Performance bonus potential
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Online therapist access via Talkspace
- 401K with company matching
- Generous paid time off, holidays, and sick days
- Monthly wellness contribution for gym, yoga, or hobbies
- Access to digital marketing training and certifications
- Quarterly team building activities and team get-togethers

Business Development & Partnerships Manager (Orlando)
job description
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid — In-Office + Events) — Must be based in Orlando. This is non-negotiable.
Compensation: Base + Commission | OTE $140,000+ in Year 1, growing in Year 2
Chatter Buzz Media is hiring a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to be the face of our agency in Orlando. This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground, handshake-first, relationship-driven role where your network, energy, and hustle directly determine your income.
You will be our local presence — attending events, joining associations, building referral partnerships, and generating new business across multiple industries. If you’re not comfortable walking into a room full of strangers and leaving with five business cards and two follow-up meetings booked, this isn’t the right fit.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Your job is to fill the pipeline, build partnerships, and create opportunities. Our CEO and senior team handle complex sales conversations and closing — your job is to open doors and keep them open.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Local Networking & Event Presence
- Be the face of Chatter Buzz at Orlando-area business events, association meetings, industry mixers, and conferences
- Actively participate in the Downtown Orlando Partnership, local chambers of commerce, and industry-specific associations
- Attend 3–4+ networking events or association meetings per month — mornings, lunches, and evenings
- Make 5–10 meaningful contacts per event and log all of them in HubSpot within 24 hours
- Follow up with every event contact within 48 hours with a personalized LinkedIn message, email, or coffee invite
- Identify and attend conferences at the Orange County Convention Center and other Orlando venues relevant to target industries
- Set up and manage booth presence at conferences and trade shows when the opportunity fits
Strategic Partnerships
- Build referral and co-marketing partnerships with non-competing businesses that serve similar clients — web development agencies, PR firms, branding agencies, IT consultants, and SaaS platforms
- Develop relationships with professional services firms that advise growing companies — accounting firms, business attorneys, HR consultants, financial advisors, and M&A advisors
- Create exclusive or preferred referral arrangements that generate a steady flow of warm introductions
- Track all partnership activity and referral pipeline in HubSpot
- You should have experience building partnerships or referral programs at a previous company — this is not something you’ll be figuring out for the first time
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- Execute a minimum of 50 outbound touches per day, including calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, event follow-ups, and other direct engagement
- Use Apollo for prospecting and list building, and HubSpot for activity tracking, pipeline management, and meeting scheduling
- Use Hublead to sync all LinkedIn activity directly into HubSpot — this integration is mandatory
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and engage active prospects
- Check HubSpot daily for warm website leads and follow up within 24 hours
- Post 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week (3–4 is most effective) focused on business growth, marketing insights, and Orlando business community content
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate prospect research, personalize outreach at scale, and draft LinkedIn content
Marketing Team Collaboration
- Work side by side with the in-house marketing team to align outbound efforts with active marketing campaigns
- Provide feedback from the field — what prospects care about, what resonates, what objections come up — so marketing can create better content and campaigns
- Leverage marketing-generated content, case studies, and collateral in your outreach and event conversations
- Help inform campaign targeting for industries and verticals you’re actively pursuing
Conference, Speaking & Media Presence
- Represent Chatter Buzz at industry conferences, trade shows, and business expos — including managing booth setup and staffing
- Be comfortable as a public-facing representative: speaking on panels, guesting on podcasts, and presenting at association meetings
- You should have done this before — we need someone who is not nervous or unfamiliar with being on a stage, behind a microphone, or in front of a camera
- Identify speaking, sponsorship, and media opportunities that increase Chatter Buzz’s visibility in the Orlando market and beyond
Sales Process
- Generate qualified opportunities and hand them off to the CEO, Agency Director, or senior salesperson for proposal development and closing
- Over time, as you learn the agency’s three service packages, you will begin closing smaller deals independently
- Maintain clean pipeline records in HubSpot — every deal in the right stage, every note logged, every follow-up scheduled
- Submit a weekly activity recap every Friday covering outbound activity, events attended, partnerships progressed, pipeline status, and priorities for next week
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in a professional services or agency environment
- Proven experience building referral partnerships or channel partnerships at a previous company — not just networking, but structured partnership arrangements that produced measurable results
- Must be based in Orlando and deeply embedded in the local business community — you already know the associations, the events, and the key players. You’ve already been networking in Orlando and have existing relationships here. This is non-negotiable
- Genuinely social, outgoing, and energized by meeting new people — this is who you are, not a skill you’re developing. You are the person who walks into a room and starts conversations, not the person who waits to be approached
- Comfortable with daily activity tracking in HubSpot, weekly reporting, and being measured on pipeline and results
- Experience attending and working conferences, trade shows, or business expos — including booth management, speaking, or paneling
- Comfortable being on podcasts, on panels, or presenting to groups — you’ve done this and you enjoy it
- Has a basic understanding of performance marketing (enough to confidently explain what a performance marketing agency does and why it matters)
- Flexible schedule and full availability for evening events, early morning meetings, travel to conferences, and being where the opportunities are
- Proficient with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hublead (or similar prospecting tools)
- Strong LinkedIn presence with active content posting and engagement
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission — OTE $140,000+ in Year 1, with higher earning potential in Year 2 as partnerships and pipeline compound
- Hybrid work schedule (in-office at Orlando headquarters + out in the field at events and meetings)
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Online therapist access via Talkspace
- 401K with company matching
- Generous paid time off, holidays, and sick days
- Monthly wellness contribution for gym, yoga, or hobbies
- Access to digital marketing training and certifications
- Quarterly team building activities and team get-togethers

We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team in our Downtown Orlando office.
You’ll plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs. You’ll own campaign execution while joining client calls alongside the Account Manager to present performance, share insights, and discuss strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic DSPs
- Monitor performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments
- Execute A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Ensure campaigns align with broader SEO, CRO, and content strategies
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data, develop insights, and provide optimization recommendations
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or HubSpot
- Prepare reporting materials for client meetings led by the Account Manager
Client Collaboration
- Join client calls alongside the Account Manager to present paid media performance and recommendations
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that non-technical clients can understand
- Proactively flag performance risks and recommend course corrections
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (or willingness to certify within 90 days)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and bid management tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can explain performance data to non-technical stakeholders
Senior Content Strategist (Orlando)
job description
Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid — 3 days in-office)
We’re looking for a senior-level content strategist who can write — really write — and understands how content drives pipeline in both B2B and B2C.
This isn’t a “blog and social” content role. You’ll own two critical functions: creating sales enablement assets that help our team close mid-market deals, and building SEO-optimized pillar content that drives organic traffic and authority across our target verticals (financial services, manufacturing, home building, healthcare/med spa). You’ll also be client-facing — joining strategy calls, ideating with clients on content direction, and translating their business goals into content that moves the needle. You’ll also work directly with our design team — owning the creative process from concept through final asset, ensuring every piece of content is visually polished and on-brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales Enablement Content
- Create a wide range of written assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battle cards, white papers, email marketing campaigns, sales emails, direct mail copy, email nurture sequences, and outbound sales sequences
- Build vertical-specific collateral for credit unions, manufacturing, home building, and med spa prospects
- Develop ROI calculators, comparison guides, and objection-handling frameworks
- Work directly with designers to brief, direct, and review all visual assets — infographics, social graphics, presentation decks, and downloadable PDFs
- Own the creative process end-to-end: from content concept and copy to design brief, revision, and final approval
- Maintain and organize a sales content library in HubSpot and Google Drive
Performance & Conversion Writing
- Write landing page copy, ad copy, email subject lines, and CTAs optimized for click-through and conversion — not just engagement
- Apply direct response frameworks (StoryBrand, AIDA, PAS, Hormozi-style value stacking) to every piece of content — from pillar pages to one-pagers to outbound sequences
- A/B test headlines, CTAs, value propositions, and email copy to continuously improve conversion rates
- Measure content success by leads generated, pipeline influenced, and revenue attributed — not pageviews or social shares
LinkedIn Thought Leadership
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts for agency executives and select clients — 3–5 posts per week that build authority and drive inbound conversations
- Develop a consistent LinkedIn content strategy: hooks, storytelling, contrarian takes, and value-driven frameworks that generate engagement and leads
- Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and refine voice, format, and posting cadence based on data
Blog & Pillar Content
- Write and publish blog posts, long-form pillar pages, white papers, and downloadable guides on a consistent editorial cadence
- Own the content production pipeline — plan, assign deadlines, and maintain a production schedule tied to campaign goals and pipeline targets
- Write SEO-optimized content targeting specific keywords and search intent across all verticals
- Structure content for both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Client-Facing Strategy & Ideation
- Join client strategy calls to ideate on content direction, messaging, and campaign themes
- Translate client business goals into content strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Present content plans, editorial calendars, and performance reports directly to client stakeholders
WordPress & HubSpot Execution
- Publish content directly in WordPress — format posts, add images, set meta tags, build internal links
- Create and manage email nurture sequences, landing pages, and downloadable assets in HubSpot
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on content marketing experience across B2B and B2C — agency experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional persuasive writing skills with a portfolio spanning landing pages, blog posts, pillar pages, white papers, case studies, email sequences, LinkedIn thought leadership, sales enablement collateral, and direct response copy
- Fluency in persuasive writing frameworks: StoryBrand, AIDA, PAS, Hormozi-style value stacking, and direct response principles
- Proven ability to write for conversion — not just awareness. You measure success by leads, pipeline, and revenue, not impressions
- Experience writing LinkedIn thought leadership content that generates inbound conversations and builds executive authority
- Proficiency in WordPress (Gutenberg editor, Yoast SEO, basic HTML)
- Proficiency in HubSpot (content tools, email, landing pages, workflows)
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content structure
- Experience creating sales enablement materials that directly support revenue teams
- Familiarity with at least one of our target verticals: financial services, manufacturing, home building, or healthcare
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate content workflows — not replace quality thinking
- Self-directed, organized, and accountable — you own deadlines without being managed
Account Coordinator (Orlando)
job description
Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid — 3 days in-office)
Reports To: Senior Account Manager / Account Director
This is where agency careers start. If you’re 1–3 years into your marketing career and you want to learn how a performance marketing agency actually operates — from client strategy to campaign execution to budget management — this role puts you in the room where it happens.
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll work side by side with senior account managers and strategists, supporting client relationships, managing project timelines, tracking budgets, and learning the full scope of digital marketing delivery. You’ll be client-facing from day one — so clear communication, trustworthiness, and genuine likability matter as much as your marketing knowledge.
This is a growth role. The goal is to build you into an Account Manager within 12–18 months.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Support & Relationship Building
- Serve as a supporting point of contact for assigned client accounts alongside the senior account manager
- Build trust and rapport with client stakeholders through consistent, reliable communication
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes during client calls, and follow up on action items
- Manage smaller accounts independently as you develop
Budget Tracking & Financial Management
- Track and manage client marketing budgets across all channels — paid media spend, retainer hours, vendor costs
- Monitor budget pacing weekly to ensure campaigns stay on track and flag overages early
- Prepare budget summaries and spending reports for account managers and clients
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Work daily inside ActiveCollab to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across client accounts
- Ensure all team members have clear assignments, deadlines, and the assets they need
- Follow up on outstanding deliverables and keep projects moving without bottlenecks
