Congratulations on taking the first step to enhance your business’s marketing! The Chatter Buzz Kickoff meeting is an exciting time to begin collaborating with your Chatter Buzz team to develop the best marketing and sales plan for their business.

This meeting is an opportunity to establish your messaging, discuss your goals, create a plan, and map out your journey.

What To Expect

Your kickoff meeting is one hour long or less and will take place on Zoom. Please be sure there are no interruptions and be on a computer since there will be presentations and visuals.

This meeting is our opportunity to ensure that your assigned project team fully understands your business and give you the chance to inform our team of your expectations and give us an insight into your business.

We will send you a 24-hour reminder before the meeting.

To save time, we will also send over the presentation in advance so you can review the materials beforehand and be prepared to answer the questions we have and additional accesses we need if any.

What To Bring

To make the most of our kickoff meeting, it is important you are prepared with the following materials:

Any logins or access
Completed questionnaire(s)
Your branding materials
Estimated paid ad budget (if applicable)
Any questions you have for our team
Your business goals or KPIs for the year
Expectations from the team.
Available dates and times for the next meeting in 1 week and the regular bi-monthly or monthly check-ins.

After The Meeting

After the kickoff meeting, you will be sent a follow-up email that includes the presentation as well as a reminder of what is needed for your team.

Regular meetings with the team will be scheduled until the foundation is cleared.
