We utilize a point pricing model to assure our clients get the full value of every investment, regardless of how much time it takes to deliver. Points, which represent a fixed unit of value, are applied at the account level and allocated monthly based on your monthly marketing playbook and deliverables. Every point has a purpose.

What is the advantages of the point pricing rather than hourly?

Points provide a greater transparency and value. Points remove the unpredictability associated with hourly billing.

Regardless of how long it actually takes to create deliverables and perform services, point values remain consistent. Also, you know at all times the points available for the month, and how additional projects work into that month’s allocated amount. For instance, currently a lead nurturing campaign based on service hours is estimated, then charged based on the time that goes into it—whereas on the point-based model, it has a fixed value per each email, strategy, workflow, etc., involved in the campaign.

Points represent the true value of a particular deliverable or service—not the amount of time it takes our staff to deliver.

Will you support more than one site?

Yes, we will just need to determine on a month to month basis how we will divide the campaign points per site or company.

What do I get on the weekly activity and KPI reports?

An email recap of the previous week's marketing activities and performance notes, as well as a snapshot of planned activities for the following week.

Can I switch from one package to another?

Yes, you can.

Do I get a dedicate account executive?

Your account team is supplemented by a Senior Strategist (selected based on your marketing tactics) and an Account Coordinator (your day-to-day go to POC). This team-based approach to service delivery ensures multiple points of contact for our clients and the assurance that one of the most senior members of the agency is providing counsel and overall leadership of the project.

In addition, as the needs of the client dictate, we bolster our team by turning to a small number of carefully selected partners who provide services and expertise complementary to ours. We choose our partners carefully and work with them consistently to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

What is a point?

A point is a fixed unit of value .

A point is calculated based on current efficiencies and deliverables. The goal is to make sure the agency is delivering at least as much value as current ‘hourly” efficiency rates.

What is a monthly playbook plan?

Our monthly playbook outlines how we fulfill the points allocated within each package to a specific campaign or deliverable. Playbook plans are maintained in Google Sheets and accessible to the client all the time.

Are client calls and emails part of the campaign points?

No, it is not part of the point allocations. All client check-up calls and emails related to campaign services are included at no additional cost. In other words, there's no billable hour meter running so points allocated per package are geared towards tactical and deliverable work.

Do I need to sign up for a long term contract?

All our agreements are set to 12 months considering this is where we see a huge growth with our clients and our strategies are planned 6 to 12 months out. However, all our engagement have a 45 day out clause.

What is your access and reporting look like?

As a client, you have the right to immediate access to the members of our team and we work hard to ensure we deliver. Clients can contact us directly using email and business phone.

Rather than implementing basic email, we utilize a more robust campaign management center via Basecamp which centralizes all requests, conversations, approvals, tasks, activities and responsible parties. Client can access Basecamp 24/7.
