Director of Strategy
job description
The Director of Strategy is the senior-most marketing strategist in the agency. They oversee client strategy, campaign direction, funnel architecture, positioning, and performance across all service lines (SEO, PPC, CRO, Content, Web, CRM, Email, Social, etc.).
They act as the fractional strategist for select high-value accounts while ensuring the entire agency delivers unified, measurable, revenue-driven marketing strategies.
This role bridges creative + messaging direction, marketing leadership, strategic planning, revenue operations, client communication, internal team alignment, and reporting & attribution
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Leadership & Client Direction
- Own the marketing strategy for high-value clients
- Create 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month strategic roadmaps
- Build marketing plan, budget, KPIs, OKRs, and revenue forecasts
- Conduct deep-dive kickoffs: ICP, positioning, messaging, funnels
- Guide the creation of multi-channel strategies (SEO, PPC, Social, Web, Email, etc.)
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive-level presentations
- Implement attribution, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure all strategies tie directly to revenue growth, leads, and ROI
Team Oversight & Cross-Department Leadership
- Lead the SEO, PPC, Content, Web, and CRO teams in unified execution
- Ensure account managers stay aligned with strategy
- Review and approve all major campaign plans before they go live
- Oversee creative direction and messaging frameworks
- Mentor internal specialists on how to think strategically
- Provide escalation support for client challenges or performance dips
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Oversee landing page strategies, CRO testing, and performance
- Build funnel architectures (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
- Plan ClickFunnels funnel strategies and page flows
- Partner with the CRO/UX team for conversion improvements
- Create narrative, messaging hierarchy, and CTA frameworks
High-Level Client Communication
- Act as strategic advisor to CEOs, founders, and executive teams
- Run monthly and quarterly strategy calls
- Provide proactive communication, insights, and recommendations
- Ensure clients feel guided, supported, and understood
Performance, Analytics & Reporting
- Own client KPIs: leads, ROAS, CAC, CPL, pipeline, conversions
- Analyze data from Google Ads, GA4, Meta, HubSpot, GHL, CRM systems
- Translate performance into insights and recommendations
- Ensure clean tracking, attribution, UTMs, and dashboards
- Identify early warning signs and course-correct proactively
Internal Innovation & Agency Growth
- Improve the agency’s strategy frameworks and processes
- Lead new service development and go-to-market execution
- Standardize strategy templates, analyses, and SOPs
- Keep the team ahead of marketing trends (AI, data, LLMs, PMAX, etc.)
- Support Sales Team on big pitches and strategic opportunities
Client Load & Time Allocation
- Manages 3–6 high-value Fractional CMO clients and oversees strategy for 8–10 mid-tier retainers
- Total strategic oversight: 12–15 accounts maximum
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of senior-level marketing strategy experience
- Proven experience acting as a Fractional CMO or Head of Marketing
- Deep expertise across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Content, Web, and Analytics
- Strong understanding of attribution, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Executive presence with the ability to advise CEOs and leadership teams

Account Manager II

The Account Manager II (AM II) is a senior client-facing role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of digital marketing clients. This role requires prior experience as an Account Manager within a digital marketing agency and a strong working knowledge of integrated marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Content, Web, CRM, and Revenue Operations.
This position is based in Chatter Buzz’s Downtown Orlando office and manages 8–12 active client accounts, depending on account size, scope, and level of integration. The AM II owns the client onboarding experience, maintains the monthly playbook plan, and serves as the strategic quarterback—ensuring alignment between client goals, internal execution teams, and performance outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Onboarding & Playbook Ownership
- Lead and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to execution
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and ensure all onboarding documentation, access, and questionnaires are completed
- Create, maintain, and update the monthly client playbook plan, outlining strategy, priorities, initiatives, and KPIs
- Use the playbook as the primary tool to guide client conversations, align expectations, and drive accountability
- Ensure playbooks are reviewed with clients regularly and updated based on performance and evolving goals
Client Relationship & Account Ownership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 8–12 client accounts, based on scope and complexity
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders (owners, executives, marketing leaders)
- Lead recurring client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals
- Identify growth opportunities, upsells, and expansion opportunities in collaboration with leadership
Strategy Execution & Channel Oversight
- Oversee execution across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Content, Web, CRM, and RevOps initiatives

The Administrative Assistant is a part-time (20-30 hrs per week), in-office role that supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and leadership team by ensuring smooth office operations, accurate documentation, organized reporting, and consistent administrative support. This position requires early morning availability to open the Downtown Orlando office and support daily operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Office & Operations Support
- Open and prepare the Downtown Orlando office each morning (Mon, Wed & Thurs)
