Customer Service – Customer service is all about engaging directly with your clientele and hearing what they have to say. Your helpful and encouraging responses will foster brand loyalty among your following. Satisfied customers will spread the love by telling all of their friends about your product or service which will in turn increase your number of Facebook fans and “likes.”
Make sure to keep a close eye on your page’s activity and make it a priority so you will be able to respond to comments within hours of their posting. Sign up for email-alerts when someone posts something on your page if you like. However you do it, customers will appreciate your immediacy as it makes them feel like an important and valued customer.

Connections – Business is about relationship building which is why it is so important to make connections with your company’s Facebook following. Ask customers questions and encourage them to give you feedback via comments or by you creating a survey for their convenience. Invite your fans to events that your business is holding and offer them incentives.
Making the most out of your company’s business page on Facebook is about gaining as many new fans and likes as possible. In order to achieve this goal, making connections is critical.
