Chatter Buzz Media is owned and operated by Shalyn Dever and Ashley Cisneros.

Shalyn Dever has been working in website development and social media for more than 10 years. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering plus MBA coursework, Shalyn has also owned Florida Website Design and SEO since 2006. The agency produces websites of the highest quality, bug-free custom mobile and web applications, one-of-a-kind graphic designs, and proven online and social media marketing campaigns. Over the years, Shalyn’s experience and consulting work has serviced small to large businesses and even Fortune 500 companies such as Rockwell Collins, DRS (owned by Finmeccanica), General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Packaging Corporation of America, Subway and others. Shalyn was honored with the Readers Choice Award for Web Design. Recruited by Google and offered a position within the company, Shalyn chose to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship instead.

Ashley Cisneros is a former newspaper reporter, magazine editor, tech writer, marketing manager and public relations professional. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. The former Florida Trend editor won Unity Journalists’ New U business competition and a $10,000 business grant. Ashley was named Outstanding Young Female Leader by La Prensa newspaper, a finalist of the Orlando Business Journal’s (OBJ) Women Who Mean Business Award, and a nominee for the OBJ’s 40 Under 40 List and the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council’s Women of Distinction Award. Ashley owns Ashley Cisneros, Inc., a content creation firm and MyPowerBrand.com, a career branding consultancy.
