Hiring – Orlando SEO Specialist / Link Builder (Full Time)
We are seeking a creative and very organized SEO/PPC specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years proven track record of successfully managing SEO, PPC, Citations and Local Map building campaigns. Candidate must enjoy working in a close team environment supporting efforts others on dozens and dozens of projects of every size and shape.
Your primary responsibilities will be to leverage search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), and citations to increase customer traffic to various websites in every industry.
You will work with a team of passionate marketers and creative talent who are focused on delivering exceptional results for hundreds of the area’s most prestigious firms.
The Search Engine Optimization / Internet Marketing Intern will be expected to assist in implementing link building strategies, content creation, and social media marketing to drive growth and maximize the visibility of our sites across the internet. The ideal candidate is results-driven self-starter with an intrinsic need to test and learn. An individual who loves doing research and analyzing data and numbers.
Complete an SEO audit of various client sites identifying opportunities present and implement recommendations.
Conduct keyword research to define target keywords, using best-practice methodology and tools.
Use your on- and off-site SEO skills to implement these keywords with a goal of page one rankings for primary targets to increase organic search traffic
Identify opportunities for video, mobile, and social optimization to support SEO goals
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of SEO activities
Generate details reporting and keep detailed reporting on all efforts.
Generate website traffic and conversions through search marketing, PPC and display advertising programs
Review and implement improvements to Google AdWords campaigns – including campaign/AdGroup structure, keywords (including negative), ad text, and landing pages
Review LinkedIn PPC performance and implement changes to increase clicks and conversions
Analyze performance with other third-party PPC sites and identify opportunities to increase presence and conversions; this will include industry-specific sites and Yahoo Bing ads
Extend retargeting program while maintaining high quality and efficient conversions
Monitor and review and report on the performance of all PPC programs, adapting these where necessary
You will also measure and analyze the ROI of both SEO/PPC activities.
This will include setting up tracking capabilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
2 – 5 years of professional experience in SEO/PPC, with proven business results.
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to use data from Google Analytics to gain insights and drive decisions
A sound knowledge of webmaster tools and other key SEO components.
Entrepreneurial “test & learn” mindset with track record of innovation; ability to move & pivot quickly
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; experience engaging with business owners / leaders
Passion for search marketing, demonstrated through up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Chatter Buzz interns must have superior writing, research, social media and customer service skills, plus flawless phone etiquette. Must have superb ability to communicate professionally via e-mail and be computer savvy. Must be detail-oriented, creative, have a sense of humor and be familiar with Microsoft Word.
Preferred Spanish-speaking and writing skills, and proficiency using Excel, GoogleDocs, and WordPress. Video marketing, marketing and sales, and presentation experience a plus.
