Deborah G.

Director of Research and Insights

Deborah is our research and strategic director at Chatter Buzz. Her skills include both primary and secondary marketing research. Primary research skills include stakeholder interviews and surveys. Secondary research skills include finding, assessing, and analyzing government databases, marketing research reports, company data, and trade and industry reports.

Prior to joining Chatter Buzz, Deborah was an Associate Professor of Marketing at Stetson University’s School of Business Administration for over a decade. There, she taught digital marketing, marketing communication, and principles of marketing.

While at Stetson, she co-authored the marketing department’s 5-year review, which required analyzing data on past performance and assessing future demand based on internal resources and external environmental factors. Additionally, Deborah assessed over 100 student marketing plans, which included competitive analysis, customer surveys, segmentation analysis, macro-environment analysis (PEST), branding, and communication strategies.

Holly is our StoryBrand Certified Guide. She’s helped dozens of organizations clarify their marketing message and develop an effective sales funnel that generates more leads and boosts their bottom line. A long-time professional writer and former full-time journalist, Holly believes in the power of story to inform and engage. She has worked with clients around the globe and in a variety of industries. Holly lives in North Carolina, with her husband and teenage daughter. She enjoys hiking, doing CrossFit and driving her Dodge Challenger on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Lead Web Developer

Shaun leads & oversees our 24/7 web development farm and is a front-end web developer with an eye for design and layout. He specializes in building and theming custom websites for content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress, & Shopify, with a focus on code structure, website performance, and web accessibility standards.

In addition to earning a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media/Web Design from UCF, Shaun has over 10+ years of experience under his belt web designer and developer. He has built a handful of fully compliant ADA II government websites, large university websites, and customer eCommerce websites.

Shaun and his team also understand the ins and outs of technical SEO and how important it is as it pertains to time on site and conversion.

Jason joined Chatter Buzz Media as Art Director and brings over 25 years of experience in advertising design and editorial leadership. Winning several Florida Magazine Association awards, Jason’s portfolio includes work for Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, YMCA of Central Florida, ESPN, SunRail, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, City of Orlando, Orlando Magic, and the City of Key West. With over two decades of creative experience, Jason is consistently delivering unique, modern, and fixating creative content that resonates with brands and target audiences alike. Jason is experienced in leading and motivating teams, as well as concepting and executing creative campaigns. He has held leadership positions at the Orlando Sentinel and Orlando Magazine, and is a Graphics Technology Instructor at Valencia College. With over 30 certifications in creative, business, and technology from Lynda.com, Jason continues to advance in knowledge and expertise as an art director, professor, and leader.

Before coming to Chatter Buzz, Viviana worked at a financial services company analyzing data to improve marketing initiatives and customer experience. She is passionate about using data to form hypotheses and running experiments to measure the impact of campaigns and digital media advertising.

As a Data Analyst, Viviana has the responsibility of creating reports and analyzing the performance of the campaigns that we implement for our clients. Sydney Kwatinetz got her B.S. in Business Advertising from the University of South Florida (USF) as a part of the Zimmerman Advertising Program. She then went on to get her Master’s in Marketing with an emphasis in digital marketing and brand management at USF.

Sydney has experience with several digital marketing agencies working on social media, SEO, and content writing for a wide range of clients such as real estate, law, health, SaaS, entertainment, eCommerce, and tourism.

At Chatter Buzz, Sydney is responsible for creating copy for all content marketing including emails, social media, blogs, case studies, websites, and more. Sydney loves to combine her passion for analytics and SEO with her love for storytelling to create content that is both creative and data-driven.
