911 Biker Law is a law firm that handles personal injury litigation and insurance coverage issues, with a special focus on providing client service for injured motorcyclists.

911 Biker Law came to Chatter Buzz looking for a newly-designed, mobile responsive, and modern website that fully captured what the brand is about. In addition, they wanted to leverage digital marketing to outsmart the competitors who are significantly investing in traditional and paid digital marketing.

Because of the fact that personal injury is one of the most competitive industries in the Orlando and Tampa Bay area, we felt that traditional and paid search would be too expensive for the firm, particularly since larger law firms have a BIGGER budget. That meant Chatter Buzz needed to use organic methods to drive additional leads.

To outsmart the competition, we recommended 911 Biker Law to cancel all their billboard and radio advertising in re-allocate it's spend via digital organic marketing such as:

The Chatter Buzz team started by analyzing Brehne’s firm, and determined it was necessary to split his digital presence based on, first, motorcycle accident claims, and then on insurance claims.

We decided to develop two individual websites. The one focusing on motorcycle accident claims was given a design geared toward motorcyclists; the second website was geared toward professional insurance claims.

Search Engine Optimization (#1 Results)

In partnering with other internal marketing teams, the Chatter Buzz team created and conducted a half day workshop with the blogging team to share SEO best practices designed to be easily incorporated into the content creation processes.

Chatter Buzz recommend topics based on rising search volume to put the law firm on the forefront of trends. This also influenced lead decisions. This increase in content (from blogs, ebooks, and guides) had kept site visitors engaged while also helping the site gain traffic from longer-tail queries.

Within just six months, 911 Biker Law ranked in the No. 1 on searches for the keywords “Orlando Motorcycle Attorney,” and the firm’s website’s page views increased by over 400 percent.
